RHS Students often ask us about the ideal lawn mix for different situations. The short answer is that there is more than one suitable mix for most situations. But we’ve put together a chart showing one example lawn mix for each type of situation: high quality, low maintenance, heavy wear and so on. Each mix shows percentage of each grass seed and both common and botanical names.
